On March 09, 2020, HOSE announces the record date for the 2020 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the second phase of 2019 dividend payment of Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company:

1. Ex-right date:                      March 19, 2020

2. Record date:                        March 20, 2020

The payment for the second phase of 2019 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Payment date:                          April 03, 2020

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company as from April 03, 2020.
