LDG: Board approves the documents of Annual General Meeting 2020

According to the Board resolution dated March 06, 2020, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved the documents which will be submitted in the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          The report of Board of Directors

-          The report of Board of Supervisors

-          The audited financial statements in 2019

-          The selection of an audit company for LDG’s financial statements in 2020

-          Business and investment plans for 2020

-          Profit distribution for 2019 and plan for 2020:

-          Remuneration for members of the Board of Directors & Board of Supervisors in 2019 and 2020

-          The election of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors for the term from 2020 to 2015.
