RDP: Board resolution on the transfer of stake at Song Dung Logistics Company

On February 04, 2020, the Board of Directors of Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company approved to transfer a part of its stake at Song Dung Logistics Joint Stock Company to Ho Duc Production Trading and Service Co., Ltd.

-          Number of shares owned by Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company before transfer: 711,450 shares, accounting for 51% charter capital of Song Dung Logistics Joint Stock Company.

-          Number of shares to be transferred: 83,700 shares, accounting for 06% charter capital of Song Dung Logistics Joint Stock Company.

-          Number of shares owned by Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company after transfer: 627,750 shares, accounting for 45% charter capital of Song Dung Logistics Joint Stock Company.
