CMX: The record date for implementing rights On February 03, 2020, HOSE issued Announcement No.82/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Camimex Group Joint Stock Company (CMX) as follows:
- Ex-right date: February 11, 2020
- Record date: February 12, 2020
- Purpose: To implement share purchase rights
- Detailed information:
- Expected issue volume: 13,221,234 shares
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to buy 01 new share.)
- The shares refused to buy (if any) will be offered to other investors at a price not less than the one offered to the existing shareholders. These shares will be restricted within 01 year from the finish date of share issue.
- Regulation on rights transfer:
+ Time for rights transference: from February 24, 2020 to March 16, 2020
+ The rights should be transferred only once.
- Regulation on securities purchased:
