QCG: BOD resolution on setting up subsidiary

The Board resolution dated February 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (QCG) approved to set up a subsidiary with the following details:

-       Company name: Quoc Cuong Thuan An Real Estate Joint Stock Company

-       Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company contributed VND 255,000,000,000, accounting for 51% charter capital of Quoc Cuong Thuan An Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

-       To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nhu Loan as the representative of stake of QCG in Quoc Cuong Thuan An Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
