TCR: Taicera cooperates with Seagull Kitchen and Bath Products Co.

In order to expand the market, TAICERA Enterprise Company (TAICERA) will strategically cooperate with Seagull Kitchen and Bath Products Co.,Ltd. Accordingly, TAICERA expects to transfer its unlisted shares to Sun Talent Limited, a subsidiary wholly-owned by Seagull Kitchen and Bath Products Co.,Ltd. under the laws. Therefore, the products of TAICERA in the future will be sanitary ware and tiles products, strengthening the company's position in the market.
