The Board resolution dated February 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

-          Record date: March 18, 2020

-          Meeting date:  expected in April 25, 2020

-          Meeting venue: Phuong Nam Guest House, 252 Nguyen Trai, Nguyen Cu Trinh Ward, district 1, Hochiminh.

-          Content:
