GVR: GVR allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2020

On February 10, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of HCM City issued a document allowing Viet Nam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2020 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
