PVI Holdings announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Jens Holger Wohlthat has been appointed Chair of the Board for the term of 2017-2022 with effect since 16/01/2020
- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa has been appointed Standing Vice Chair of the BOD cum Head of Remuneration and HR Committee for the term of 2017- 2022 with effect since 16/01/2020
- Mr. Duong Thanh Danh Francois has resigned from Vice Chair of the BOD with effect since 16/01/2020.
