VMS: Change in personnel

The company announced the change in personnel as follows:
- Ms. Bui Thi Thu Ha has resigned from Deputy Head of Financial and Accounting Department - Person in charge of  Financial and Accounting Department with effect since 17/1/2020
- Ms. Tran Thi Hang has been appointed as Deputy Head of Financial and Accounting Department - Person in charge of  Financial and Accounting Department for 1 year term with effect since 17/1/2020.
