    The Board resolution dated January 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation approved to sign transaction agreements with related companies with the contract value of less than 35% total assets in the latest financial statements of the company, including:

4. Phu Tai Quartz Stone Com Ltd;
5. Phu Tai Real Estate Phu Tai Com Ltd;
6. Tuan Dat Minerals Com Ltd;
7. Universal Stone Joint Stock Company;
8. Vina G7 Joint Stock Company;
9. Phu Tai Ninh Thuan Stone Joint Stock Company;
10. Phu Yen Building Material Joint Stock Company;
11. Granit Stone Production Com Ltd;
12. Son Phat Production and Trading Com Ltd;
13. Thanh Chau Phu Yen Granite Stone Production Com Ltd.
