VFG: BOD resolution dated January 17, 2020

On January 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the financial statements in Q4.2019 and the business result in 2019.
2. Approving to pay second cash dividend for 2019 with the ratio of 10% (1,000 dongs/ share) and time of implementation in Q1.2020.
3. Approving to merge the Kien Giang branch into An Giang branch. It is called Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company – Bac Song Hau branch.
