GMD: Explanation of FS in Q4.2019

Pursuant to the Finance Ministry’s Circular No.155/2015/TT-BTC on the disclosure of information. Gemadept Corporation (GMD) explained the financial statements of the 4^th quarter of 2019 as follows:

1. Explanation for consolidated financial statement in Q4.2019:

-       Profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders in Q4.2019 reached by more than VND 64 billion, decreased by more than VND 90 billion compared to the 4^th quarter of 2018; Of which:

+  Other income increased by VND 9.1 billion

+ Corporate income tax cost increased by VND 10.6 billion

+ Selling expenses and administrative expenses increased by VND 39.4 billion

+ Net profit from financial activities decreased by VND 45 billion

+ profit from associated companies decreased by VND 5 billion.

2. Explanation for separate financial statement in Q4.2019:

-       Profit after tax of Corpoarte income tax in Q4.2019 reached by more than VND 73.8 billion, increased VND 54 billion compared to the 4^th quarter of 2018; Of which:

+ Profit before tax increased by more than VND 5 billion

+ Corporate income tax cost increased by VND 59 billion.
