Camimex Group Joint Stock Company announces a public offering as follows:

−      Stock type: common stock

−      Par value: VND10,000/share

−      Record date: February 12, 2020

−      Offering volume: 13,221,234 shares

−      Total capital need to be mobilized: VND132,212,340,000

−      Purpose: the proceeds from the public offering will be used to invest in machines and equipment and to raise the working capital.

−      Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right they will be entitled to buy 01 new share.)

−      Time for rights transference: from February 24, 2020 to March 16, 2020
