VIC: BOD resolution on transferring the project to subsidiary

Based on the Board resolution dated July 15, VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved the transfer of  VinEco Kon Tum – Mang Den project at 477, 482, Mang Canh Commune and 486, Dak Long Commune, Kon Plong District, Kon Tum Province to Vinco Agricultural Development Production Investment Com Ltd (is subsidiary of Vingroup).
