KSH: BOD resolution on selecting the audit firm

According to the Board resolution dated July 03, 2019, the Board of Directors of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved the selection of the Southern Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultant Service Com Ltd (AASCS) as the auditor for the fiscal year financial statements in 2018.
