TIX: BOD resolution on setting up a subsidiary

The Board resolution dated July 22, 2019, Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation decided to contribute capital for establishing a subsidiary with the following details:

-       Company name: Mang Minh Duc Joint Stock Company

-       Charter capital: VND10,000,000,000 (TIE contributed VND2,100,000,000, equivalent to 21% charter capital of Mang Minh Duc JSC).

-       To appoint Mr. Tran Quang Truong as the representative of stake of Tanimex in Mang Minh Duc Joint Stock Company.
