EIB: BOD resolution dated July 22, 2019

    The Board resolution dated July 22, 2019, Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues:

1. Approving to issue VND5,000 billion bonds of Eximbank in the private placement in 2019.
2. Approving the Report dated July 15, 2019, Eximbank AMC is subsidiary of Eximbank. Accordingly, Eximbank AMC will be adjusted the charter capital from VND1,700 billion down to VND300 billion.
