IBC: Decision on tax penalties

Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company announces the decision by the Department of Taxation of Hanoi City dated July 19, 2019 regarding the administrative violation on tax for the inspection period of 2018, as follows:

-       Personal tax income arrears: VND5,971,608 (the Company paid to the State budget on 01/25/2018)

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND1,194,322.
