-       Par value: 10,000 VND/share

-       Number of issued shares: 54,998,360 shares

-       Number of outstanding shares: 54,970,260 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 28,100 shares

-       Estimated issue volume: 500,000 shares

-       Estimated issue value: 5,000,000,000 VND

-       Issue ratio: 0.9% on the outstanding shares   

-       Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit according to the 2018 audited consolidated financial statements.

-       Transfer restriction: 100% restricted in the first year; 50% restricted in the second year from the issue date.

-       Time of implementation: in July 2019.
