HDG: Board resolution on capital increase
According to Board Resolution No.88 dated June 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company approved to register to raise its charter capital from VND949,520,360,000 to VND1,186,812,890,000 after the stock issuance for dividend payment.
