CRC: Board resolution on buying shares

    According to the Board resolution dated July 10, 2019, the Board of Directors of Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited approved to buy 1,000,000 shares of Telvina Vietnam Telecommunication Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 20% charter capital of Telvina Vietnam Telecommunication JSC.

   After the transfer completes, Telvina Vietnam Telecommunication JSC will become associated company of Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited.
