LGL: Board resolution on adjusting the purchase of shares of Ha Long Construction

    On July 08, 2019, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the plan for the purchase of shares of Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company with 720,000 shares and total value of VND107,200,000,000, equivalent to 40% charter capital of Ha Long Construction JSC.
