VFG: Board approves the redemption of 9,100 ESOP shares

The Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved the redemption of ESOP shares and transfer the ownership right to the Company’s labor union. These shares will be distributed to members of ESOP or other staff under the decision of the Board of Directors. Accordingly, Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company decided to revoke 9,100 ESOP shares from ex-employee Nguyen Ngoc Tuan.
