On June 24, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved to invest to establish a welding materials production and distribution company.

-          Company: NAHAVIWEL

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Charter capital: VND20 billion, equivalent to 2,000,000 shares

-          Trading method: to invest more than 51% stake of NAHAVIWEL, equivalent to 1,020,000 shares.
