8. Issue price: VND12,000/share
9. Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Total volume): 0.86%
10. Implement date: Quarter 3, 2019
11. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be bought with VND12,000/share.
