GEX: Board resolution on the result of the stock issuance

On June 19, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (code: GEX) approved the result of issue of share for the exercise of warrants (Phase 2) as follows:

-       Number of issued warrants: 1,800 warrants

-       Number of warrants executed in the first phase in 2018: 1,440 warrants

-       Number of warrants to be executed in the second phase in 2019: 360 warrants

-       Number of warrants executed in the second phase: 360 warrants

-       Number of remaining warrants: 0 warrants

-       Issue ratio: 50,000 shares/ 01 warrant

-       Number of shares issued in the second phase: 18,000,000 shares

-       Issue price: VND12,700/share

-       Total proceeds from the stock issuance: VND228,600,000,000

-       Charter capital increased: VND180,000,000,000

-       Charter capital after the stock issuance: VND4,245,600,000,000

-       Number of outstanding shares after the stock issuance: 424,560,000 shares
