TV2: Board approves to contribute capital to establish a company

According to the board resolution dated June 07, 2019, the Board of Directors of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (TV2) approved to invest VND25 billion (accounting to 25% of charter capital of the new company) to establish Tan Thuan Wind Electricity Joint Stock Company to carry out Tan Thuan Wind Electricity Project (Phase 2). 

Mr. Nguyen Chon Hung was assigned the representative for TV2’s stake at Tan Thuan Wind Electricity Joint Stock Company.
