IMP: Notice of withdrawal of ESOP shares from ex-employees

According to the Board resolution dated June 07, 2019, the Board of Directors of Imexpharm Corporation approved to repurchase 110,000 shares from four ex-employees at a price of VND10,000/share. These shares will become treasury shares of Imexpharm Corporation.
