Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 06, 2019 as follows:

Article 1: The Board approved the result of public auction and private placement:

1. Public auction on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange on May 20, 2019:

-       Offering volume: 9,500,000 shares

-       Total ordered volume: 8,750,000 shares

-       Remaining volume: 750,000 shares 

2. Private placement:

-       Offering volume: 5,000,000 shares

-       Total ordered volume: 5,000,000 shares

3. Total remaining volume: 750,000 shares 

Article 2: The Board approved to continue the distribution of remaining shares to other investors:

-       Total remaining volume: 750,000 shares 

-       Offering price: VND27,500/share

-       Time for stock transfer restriction: 01 year

-       Payment date for share purchase: from June 06, 2019 to June 21, 2019
