GMC: Record date for stock issuance to pay dividend On June 05, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.825/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Garmex Saigon Corporation as follows:
- Ex-right date: June 20, 2019
- Record date: June 21, 2019
- Reason & purpose: Stock issuance to pay dividend for 2018.

- Exercise ratio: 15% (100:5) (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 15 new shares).
- Expected issue volume: 2,325,954 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled
