Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 22, 2019 as follows:

The Board approved the result of payment for share purchase to raise the charter capital from VND812 billion to VND957 billion:  

-          Offering volume: 14,500,000 shares

-          Total distributed volume: 14,500,000 shares

-          Number of distributed investors: 19 investors

-          Total proceeds: VND376,550,000,000
