Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Mr. Tran Tien Thanh was appointed as Deputy CEO as from June 22, 2019.

-          Mr. Do Anh Tu was appointed as CEO as from June 22, 2019.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Huynh Thanh Tu as Deputy CEO as from June 22, 2019.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung as Deputy CEO as from June 22, 2019.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Chi Trung as CEO as from June 22, 2019.

-          Mr. Do Anh Tu replaced Mr. Le Chi Trung as the legal representative.
