HPX: Notice of change of personnel

According to the Board resolution dated June 13, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:

1. Changing the representative for the contributed capital of Hai Phat – Binh Thuan One-member Co., Ltd. at Thien Binh Minh One-member Co., Ltd. from Mr. Do Quy Hai to Mr. Pham Minh Tuan.
2. Appointing Mr. Pham Minh Tuan as Chairman cum Legal Representative of Thien Binh Minh One-member Co., Ltd.
3. Appointing Mr. Le Viet Dung as CEO of Thien Binh Minh One-member Co., Ltd.
