HDC: Information on the investment in Dai Duong Resort Project

On June 20, the Board of Directors of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company approved the change of transfer method of Dai Duong Resort Project. Accordingly, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company will receive the transfer of Dai Duong Resort Project by receiving 100% stake of Dai Duong Vung Tau Investment Construction Entertainment Joint Stock Company (the company owns 100% Dai Duong Resort Project).
