PLX: PLX to sell treasury shares

Viet Nam National Petroleum Group announces the plan for selling its treasury shares as follows:

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 123,064,846 shares

-          Number of treasury shares registered for sale: 20,000,000 shares

-          Purpose: to increase the working capital.

-          Trading period: from July 02, 2019 to July 31, 2019  

-          Trading method: order-matching or put-through

-          Agent company for the transfer: Saigon Securities Incorporation – Ha Noi Branch.
