AGR: Resolution on the AGM 2019

On June 22, 2019, AgriBank Securities Corporation announces the resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2018.
2. Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2018.
3. Approving the audited financial statements in 2018.
4. Approving the business plan in 2019:

-          Total revenue:       201 billion dongs

-          Total expenses:     111 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:     90 billion dongs.

5. Approving the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2019:

-          BOD:                                VND240 million

-          Supervisory Board:           VND120 million.

6. Approving to amend and supplement its charter.
7. Approving the list of members of BOD for the period 2019 – 2024:

-          Mr. Phan Van Tuan;

-          Mr. Dinh Ngoc Phuong;

-          Mr. Mai Khac Chinh;

-          Mrs. Pham Thi Hong Thu;

-          Mr. Le Quang Su.

8. Approving the list of members of Supervisory Board for the period 2019 – 2024:

-          Mrs. Le Huong Giang;

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung;

-          Mrs. Vu Thi Hanh.
