On June 20, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved to transfer a part of stake at Tay Ninh Sugar Joint Stock Company (TANISUGAR) as follows:

-          Trading stock: Stock of Tay Ninh Sugar Joint Stock Company

-          Number of shares owned by SBT before trading: 11,536,260 shares (39.23%)

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Cost of share: VND12,265/share

-          Investment value: VND141,492,228,900

-          Number of shares expected to transfer: 8,000,000 shares

-          Expected selling price: VND29,000/share

-          Number of shares owned by SBT after trading: 3,536,260 shares (12.03%)

-          Trading time: June 2019.
