TCM: Notice of record date for bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders

HOSE announces the record date of Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company:                                                

-   Ex-right date: May 28, 2019             

-   Record date: May 29, 2019        

-       Purpose: issue bonus shares to increase the equity.

-   Exercise ratio: 7%

The one who owns 01 share at the record date will receive 07 new share.

-   Estimated issue volume: 3,789,072 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

Place of payment:

-       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-   Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company.
