OGC: The second extraordinary general meeting of 2019 is unsuccessful

On May 23, 2019, the Second Extraordinary General Meeting of 2019 of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company was convened in Ha Noi City. However, until 9:35, May 23, 2019, the number of shareholders attending the meeting was 14 shareholders, representing 103,862,230 shares, equivalent to 34.62% of the total voting shares and less than 51% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the Second Extraordinary General Meeting of 2019 was not eligible to conduct.
