DHM: Board resolution on property liquidation

On May 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved the property liquidation on the rent land of its head office at 463/1 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province.

-       Reason: The landowner would like to terminate the land lease contract.

-       Time of implementation: in May 2019

-       Transfer price: VND950,000,000.
