HVH: BOD resolution on contributing capital to set up a subsidiary

     The Board resolution dated May 29, 2019, HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital to establish a subsidiary with the following details:

-       Company name:  HVC Park Entertainment Equipment Com Ltd

-       Charter capital: VND30,000,000,000 (HVH contributed VND28,500,000,000, accounting for 95% charter capital of HVC Park Entertainment Equipment Com Ltd).

-       To appoint Mr. Tran Huu Dong as the representative of stake of HVC Park Entertainment Equipment Com Ltd in HVC Park Entertainment Equipment Com Ltd.
