TGG: Board approves to contribute capital to set up a company

According to Board Resolution No.09 dated May 27, 2019, the Board of Directors of Truong Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved a policy to contribute capital to set up Ao Gioi – Suoi Tien Tourist Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Truong Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company will contribute VND12,500,000,000.
