GAS: GAS increases stake at PVGAS NORTH

On May 02, 2019, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation approved to increase its stake at Petrovietnam Northern Gas Joint Stock Company (PVGAS NORTH) to 51%. Accordingly, PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation will purchase 8,780,150 shares in the private placement of PVGAS NORTH.
