Camau Trading Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated May 02, 2019 as follows:

1)      Approving the business result in Q1.2019:

-          Revenue:  1,142,321 million dongs

-          Profit before tax: 4,286 million dongs

-          Profit after tax: 2,400 million dongs.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Thai Truong Anh as Deputy CEO.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Luu Hoang Thong as Deputy CEO.
