VSC: BOD resolution on implementing the content of AGM 2019

Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation announces Board Resolution No.03/2019 dated April 08, 2019 as follows:

Article 1: Approving to implement the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend to existing shareholders with the ratio of 10% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 10 new shares). After the issuance completes, these new shares will be registered to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).

Article 2: To amend the Company’s Charter regarding new charter capital.

Article 3: The Board of Directors, the Directorate and relating departments are responsible for implementing this resolution.

Article 4:This decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
