The Board resolution dated April 08, 2019, the Board of Directors of Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company approved the content of Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. The business result in 2018;
2. Audited financial statements in 2018.
3. Report on the Board of Directors in 2018;
4. Report on the Supervisory Board in 2018;
5. Approving the transaction contract with PV Gas;
6. Approving the profit distribution in 2018 and plan for 2019;
7. Report on the remuneration of BOD and Supervisory Board in 2019.
