According to the Board resolution dated March 29, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approving the report on business performance in 2019 and business plan for 2019.
2. Approving to provide capital to Central Container Joint Stock Company with the maximum amount of VND5 billion to invest in container vehicles.
