LDG: BOD resolution on the cooperation and investment in Bai But Son Tra

The Board resolution dated March 28, 2019, LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved the signing of cooperation contract to invest in Bai But Son Tra Complex project with the following information:

-       Project name: Bai But Son Tra Complex

-       Location: Hoang Sa Street, Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang.

-       Project scale: 290,920 m²

-       Contract value: VND1,750,000,000,000.

-       Profit after tax that LDG expects to collect: no less than VND1,000,000,000,000.
