VIC: The private placement of shares approved by SSC

On April 11, 2019, the State Securities Commission (SSC) received enough documents for the private placement according to the application form dated March 29, 2019 by VINGROUP Joint Stock Company.

The State Securities Commission allowed VINGROUP to adjust the ownership ratio of foreign investors from 40% to 36.01%.
